Some people will completely let go of their diet during the holidays, ready to continue again in January whilst others want to maintain their plans over Christmas. Here are 5 tips to help you avoid over-indulging this Christmas and to keep on top of your fitness and diet routines. 

Thai Green Curry

It's been a while since I've posted a recipe and Thai Green Curry is one of my favourites. I haven't had it since I was young and so I thought I'd put my own twist on it.  As some of you may have noticed, I cook with a lot of Quorn. I don't actually remember the last time I cooked with meat and the only time I eat meat is when I buy food on the go. I thought I'd challenge myself to becoming a vegetarian to see if I could actually do it and to see if there is any change in my workout progress.  So vegetarian or not, give this curry a go and let me know what you think!
