So this is now day 4 (or maybe 5, they're starting to blur into one long day) and I've had to create a new daily routine to make sure my house doesn't turn into a scene from The Shining.
Here we have 7 essentials for any gym bag, male or female. I like to have a bag packed at all times so that I can grab it in the morning and leave it in the car for the day. When I get home after a workout I re-pack it as I unpack so that I have time to make sure I have everything I need.
It's not always easy to remain positive with anything. I often find that life has a way of trying to knock you down, usually with 4 or 5 different things at once.
